  • If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment (bKash/Nagad/Bank Transfer).

  • You will receive the credit within 5-7 working days.

3. Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged during delivery. If you receive a damaged product, please contact us immediately to process an exchange for the same item.

4. Shipping Costs

  • If the product is faulty or damaged from our side, GiftoraBD will bear the return shipping cost.

  • For returns based on personal preference (e.g., changed your mind), the customer will be responsible for the shipping costs.
